ok my knees are fucked, getting an ultrasound on your knees shouldn't hurt, right? Well... it did. I'm not a baby about pain and in fact I have an incredibly high pain tolerance... but this made me have to count backwards in order not to say anything.
I seem to have the knees of an 80 year old.

Were you a runner? My husband's knees are all fucked up from running--he's had 2 knee operations. Or 3, I can't remember.
No, no running at all... Not entirely sure what the cause is.
