the 3 first records (yes, actual vinyl records) I owned were the following (I think I was in about grade 5):

The Rod Stewart I got from my parents. I remember my sister got Chic the same day. I was extremely fascinated with the cover, how risqué! (god, the word risqué is lame). The Abba I bought myself with some money I had saved up. I seriously think it cost around $1.99. I also remember not knowing anything about them other than my friend's older sister loved them so I was curious. I bought the space disco one simply because I had some money burning a hole in my pocket and it was only .99 cents.

Man, those were the days.

*I had to come back here after sitting and pondering this post... HOW was the disco space record only $1.00 less than the Abba record? Why didn't the the Wonderball Disco Orchestra make it big? Hey, you can buy it for the same price I paid for the Abba record back in the day right HERE.

That disco album was so weird... not that I realized it at the time.

They disco slaughtered those tracks. Even then, I hated We Are the Champions and also Can't Smile Without You sucked hard.

That chick has a super strange butt now that you point it out! There was a blonde chick on the other side or maybe it was the inside, possibly his wife?
