
things of note on this Friday:
I have lost 6 pounds in the past 1.5 weeks... YES! I have exercised fairly consistently for the past 2 which has helped with the 6 pound loss... I have had only 1 beer and 1 wine in that same time period (again, helps with the weight loss!).
I just heard there will be cake here at the office this afternoon. I will have a piece without guilt or worry. I will never become one of those people.

Wow, good for you! And good that you're still gonna eat the cake. I've been trying to exercise too, but I'll never ever give up my food!
the sheer fact that u r planning your cake eating in advance means u may already be one of those people :-)
not planning it, just excited by it, I always get excited by sweets, who doesn't, they're good!
