the answer is no. they did not.
you could probably get it put onto a shirt pretty easily. right? seems like one could get any image put onto a shirt pretty cheaply. at like a logo shop or something? it is very cute.
I suppose I could, it was more the nostalgia of having the exact shirt I had 30 years ago!
