Monday Morning, Here I Am

What a sky this morning! This was at about 5:30 am.



Sadly, the colours are just not captured properly on the iphone. Believe me, it was an awesome display.



Spent a lot of the weekend outside after a two day migraine. Got my balcony cleaned up and planted, went up to the Falls for supper BBQ time on Saturday and Sunday.



That is one big tree, probably the biggest that is up there.



There are funny little hobbity type structures that you can set yourself up in.



and this lovely 1940's era fireplace to cook in. So overall, excellent weekend.

One down note: In my younger days (I mean grade 7-10) I had a real soft spot for metal. Ronnie James Dio died yesterday. In case you didn't know, he replaced Ozzy in Black Sabbath and also had a few bands of his own. I'm one of those people who will argue that Black Sabbath was a better band with him rather than Ozzy. Anyway, the man knew how to embrace the cheese and knew how to bring the metal. RIP little mystical dude.
