yet another new list of houses to drive by and ponder...I found one that could potentially make my monthly payments practically non-existent... of course this means the place is probably a dump and a half but what do I have other than time as far as fixing something up goes?
Ha, that's hilarious actually, the idea of me working on a house, not that I wouldn't do it, but I've never done so really, how would that go? But yeah, I am totally willing and that's half the battle right (how many people say that before actually digging into a project I wonder...)
Anyway, totally ahead of myself here, shit I need to get my current place in order as usual so that I can list the damn thing, maybe this weekend will be the one where I really dig in and get it done? I need to enlist some serious help in this department, surely I have some friends willing to help out in exchange for booze and food?
In the meantime, I'll do the drive bys and take a look and what not. These pics are the super cheapie one. I don't know, it's kind of cute.
