weekend work

so I DID get my initial work done on the condo as planned, bathroom stripped and cleaned beyond any level of clean imagineable, same for front hall, ready for painting which will happen this week. So I am happy with my progress, if I can keep the momentum, that will be awesome. I even got rid of a ton of crap.

My new camera was a really cool and unexpected surprise and somethng I could not have reasonably expected to have gotten for myself anytime in the very near future, I am extremely lucky to have such a thoughtful bf. He also bought a super nice larger format printer; I think we will get a lot of use out of it. We are also going to be making photo cards to sell. Lots of plans.

The east trip is rolling up on us quickly, exciting, this is the first time we have brought friends out there with us.

The only bad thing about the weekend was that because I had made all these plans to get work done on the house, I didn't get to go take pictures with my new camera which I really wanted to do. I'm impressed with myself for sticking to the plan with such a huge temptation mocking me all day.
