How simple, to just listen to your body, let it tell you what it needs.
But so often, we just aren't listening, we push all that yelling aside. And then our bodies just yell louder until finally, they get physical and knock us down.
Fortunately I tuned in, and I started to listen, and in just three days the changes I feel are phenomenal. I've eliminated dairy, I've eliminated red meat (in fact I've nearly eliminated all meat, other than fish.) I've eliminated junk foods, I've eliminated excess oils. But you already know this, I mentioned it before.
It works. At least it's working for me. My stomach has settled down and other than the odd little 2 second flash here and there, seems to be very grateful for the changes.
And me, I'm not missing all that crap. At all. Why did I wait so long?
