Not a resolution, maybe a revolution

I've basically stopped drinking beer, not really such a hard decision since I never really liked it all that much anyway, was more a gets the job done at a reasonable price sort of thing.

Anyway, the result of this one small change has been a noticeable reduction in belly bloat.  It's incredible how beer just destroys your middle, although it's not surprising I guess, the beer belly/beer gut is not exactly a well-kept secret.

I am no longer even tempted to smoke a cigarette (as you may know I quit smoking quite a few months ago but still occasionally would have a few if drinking), and haven't since well before Christmas.  The result of all this is that I feel 100% better than I have in a long time.

I don't miss being drunk; to be honest I think I'm a raging imbecile fool when I'm drunk.  I talk too much and say too much and make bad decisions and god I'm so beyond done with that.

You watch, this summer coming up, I am going to be in the best shape I have ever been in, mentally and physically, and I will show you. 6 months.  Starts now.
