just picked up this SX-70 for cheap, $18, good deal really, not as retro exciting looking as the one I originally wanted (still want) but everyone wants that one of course, driving the price up, so instead of being foolish, I'm going to go with this one for a bit. I'll look at it this way, my 600's have rainbows too, so they all kind of go together. Last component to pick up then is a flashbar. Fortunately, they seem available on ebay for not too much. I don't usually go in for flash photography that much, but this is a whole different thing and I have some ideas that I think flash could enhance.
Now I can buy some of that awesome colour film I mentioned. Having said that, I'd much rather take glorious summer type shots than crappy winter ones. Maybe I'll use the black and white film in the 600 for winter shots, save the colour for the new camera and the good weather!
