Claws for Pinching, Claws for Eating

I'm pretty sure I could eat Lobster every day, every other day for sure.  Lobster has this reputation for being fancy, a rich person's supper or a special occasion meal. But that's just a bunch of bull. People pay more for meat they destroy on their barbecue. And out east where my mother is from, well, they used to eat lobster so much it wasn't looked forward to, it wasn't considered special or fancy, quite the opposite.

Lobster goes well with beer you know.  And fries too. You can make it into a casual dinner really easily and in the summer it's the perfect picnic finger food (and tastes good warm or cold).  Buy it and make it yourself, Red Lobster doesn't really get it exactly right, but they try.  Best is to steam it in salt water, sea water is the very best if you can.  Boiling it can make it chewy and fills it up with water which is unpleasant when cracking it open.

Best of all is that when you have leftovers (I know, how can there be leftovers?) you can make lobster rolls for lunch.
