Finding a little Peace

We went to the cottage with my sister and nephews, escaped the world for a few days, I always appreciate doing that so much. There's a certain silence to be had when standing on a frozen lake; a silence you can never hope to replicate in the city.

There is no computer there, this is a GOOD thing. I make a conscious decision to leave my facebook, blog and everything else alone when having a weekend like this. I just want to experience the time not write about it for someone else. As a result, this is going to be short and sweet.

The nicest thing to do there in the winter is walk.

and so we did.
