Well, somebody at that store needs to get some knife skills or at the very least not be so damn lazy because this salad was nearly inedible. Look at the SIZE of the raw onion chunks I had to fish out of it. I'd be tasting onion for a week at least if I'd eaten those. (bad iphone shots but still, I think you get the idea).
Then again, to be honest, the whole thing was pretty gross. I think it must have been made by a 15 year old boy. Here's what I ended up with after I picked out as much broccoli as I could.
piles of bacon "stuff", tons of cheese and MORE onion.
Here it is with the onion chunks dumped back in. I almost want to take it back to the store like this, however I rarely complain about this sort of thing. Character flaw?

i think it is a good idea to let the higher ups know how you feel otherwise nobody will ever know and whomever made that salad will think it is the bomb and that he/she is doing a fantastic job. it sucks when people are praised for shitty work. i bet you the boss has no clue.
you are right, and that's exactly what my boyfriend said. I'm going to send a note and the picture to the head office.
