A Little Bit of This and A Little Bit of That

Am seriously considering ditching the office world for the farm world.  Will talk to someone this weekend about it.

I am deeply dissatisfied with sitting at a desk all day getting headaches from the computer screen.  I would like to be doing something that feels right, you know?

Seriously, this is what office life makes me feel like.  Am I complaining?  Maybe so.  I just can't subscribe to the bullshit of doing a job simply for the money and security any longer.  It's not like I get to come back and redo my life  filled with things I DO enjoy, right?  I'm getting old, it's now or never.  I can only recommend we all just do what we want to do.  It's taken me a long time to feel comfortable with that theory,  I've pretty much always just done what I know how to do whether I loved it or not (NOT).

Would you seemingly haphazardly quit what you know and do to try to pursue something you love but that at least at first glance offers none of the security?  Have you already?

Wonderful sunset last night, the screen of my window has added an odd texture to this photo.  I didn't find the other card reader (meaning Darrick's card reader) yet, so I haven't been able to unload my new photos.  Maybe tonight?
