What a weekend, it's been a good one. Went to the racetrack (pfft only won $12) and then camped on Friday night, yes it rained, rained, rained, even thunderstormed, but we were toasty dry in the tent and the sound of the frogs and yes even the rain pounding above our heads was actually really cool. I'm very easy to please when it comes to camping I guess.

Yes, SUN! And sun all day as it turns out! Packed up the gear and headed out, breakfast in Elora and then decided to visit the Streetcar museum, yeah sounds dorky but actually really interesting, spent a few hours there and will go back.

this was a fabulous rail car that used to deliver people to Crystal Beach amusement park for dancing and carnival fun. Sometimes I'm a little jealous of days gone by. We got to ride on it as well as 3 other streetcars from various time periods (what, am I 5?)
I just love old rusty things. Hell, I'm practically one myself!
later hit Value Village and scored some cheap jeans to make cut-offs out of.
So poor D is working today, that means I have to fill my own time, already did some Pilates, next, fuss over plants on balcony and then probably out to Winners to see if they have any cheap scarves or hats and of course I'll have to hit HomeSense too just in case they have anything really cute that I need.
Did I mention that life is GOOD?
